Job Title: Manufacturing Technician Hours Friday, Saturday and Sunday 6am-6:30pm

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our team. This role involves performing mechanical assembly as part of pilot-scale manufacturing of disposable medical devices. The ideal candidate will operate equipment safely, ensure product quality, and contribute to various aspects of production and inventory management in a controlled environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform mechanical assembly tasks using hand tools and automated equipment.
  • Operate chemical, automated, and assembly equipment safely and accurately.
  • Package finished products properly and prepare them for shipment.
  • Inspect "in-process" and "final" product assemblies to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Participate in inventory counts and audits, and communicate findings effectively.
  • Work proficiently across two or more workstations in the manufacturing area.
  • Follow written standard operating procedures (SOPs) and document production details with precision.
  • Interpret quality control results to support final product release.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience with mechanical assembly using hand tools and automated equipment is required.
  • Experience in a controlled environment such as ISO 13485, ISO 9001, or FDA-regulated Quality Management Systems is preferred.
  • Strong ability to follow SOPs and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Inventory control and shipping/receiving experience are desirable.
