Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing and Communications, you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of social media campaigns. This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in creating engaging digital content and collaborating with various teams within the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in researching audience preferences and identifying current trends to help shape content strategies across digital media platforms.
  • Help create engaging text, image, video, and audio content tailored to different social media platforms, with guidance from senior team members.
  • Support the design of posts and multimedia content to maintain audience interest and generate excitement around new products, services, or promotions.
  • Monitor web traffic and engagement metrics using tools like Google Analytics to assess campaign effectiveness and provide reports to the team.
  • Stay updated on changes and updates across social media platforms, ensuring strategies remain relevant.
  • Engage with customers online, responding to queries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor online reviews and feedback, compiling insights and reports for relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist in developing and implementing an optimized posting schedule based on web traffic patterns and content performance.
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital media channels.
  • Suggest innovative strategies to attract potential customers, including promotions, contests, and interactive experiences.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
  • Interest in creating various types of digital content, including text, image, video, and audio.
  • Familiarity with online marketing strategies and channels.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with online audiences.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to digital trends, particularly in multimedia content production.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, New Media, Communications, or a related field is a plus but not required.
