Position Title:MAT files and archive manager

Accountabilities:The MAT files and archive manager will be responsible for alphabetizing, organizing, and creating an index of existing student record files from the graduate office. This role is also responsible for supervising a team of graduate students to assist in culling materials, digitally scanning, and organizing student files. Must be able to work independently, break down a large project into smaller tasks, supervise student workers, and manage a living archive that is in current use.
Professional Experience/ Qualifications:Must be familiar with New York State teacher certification requirements and student records.
Must be familiar with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
