Job Responsibilities:

• Rooming: Efficiently manage patient flow by preparing rooms and ensuring patients are ready for their appointments.
• Immunizations: Administer vaccines accurately and safely, following all protocols.
• Referrals: Process and manage patient referrals to specialists or other healthcare providers.
• Prior Authorizations: Handle prior authorization requests for medications and procedures, ensuring timely approvals.
• In-basket Management: Manage electronic health record (EHR) in-basket tasks, including patient messages, lab results, and other communications.

Required Qualifications:

• EPIC experience: Proficiency in using the EPIC EHR system.
• MA-C WA state: Certified Medical Assistant (MA-C) in Washington state.
