Minimum Requirements:

• Experience working with psychiatric patients within the last two years
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills
• Provide direct and indirect patient care

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Mental Health Technician (MHT) provides direct care and support to patients in a mental health or behavioral health setting. This position works closely with patients diagnosed with mental health disorders, assisting in therapeutic activities and ensuring a safe and supportive environment. MHTs play a crucial role in monitoring patients' emotional and physical well-being while collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
