What You'll Do:
As a Merchandising Assistant, you'll be at the forefront of our dynamic catalog merchandising team, playing a pivotal role in supporting our product assortments. Get ready to dive into a variety of exciting tasks that will keep you engaged and challenged every day:
✨ Support Product Development:
• Assist in building out product assortments, sampling, and development activities.
• Facilitate product sample reviews and approvals, and communicate modifications to internal teams.
• Test products for performance capabilities.
✨ Support Catalog & Copy Development:
• Help Category Merchandise Managers prepare product information in Lago for catalogs.
• Ensure accuracy of assortment/catalog information and maintain data integrity.
✨ In-Season Product Management:
• Review, analyze, and respond to customer comments and reviews.
• Perform alternate item research and make recommendations to Brand Merchandising.
✨ Performance Analysis:
• Collect and analyze past and current season performance data.
• Research competitive trends and pricing.

Qualifications
What It Takes:
We're looking for a cross-functional superstar with top-notch communication skills who can adapt to changing priorities and has a keen eye for detail. Plus, you bring:
• Relevant business or internship experience.
• Extensive knowledge of MS Office and Windows applications, especially Excel.
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines and projects.
• Quick mastery of merchandising software (Lago) and internally created mainframe systems.
