The Manager of Enterprise Demand Management and Governance is a key leadership position responsible for driving strategic direction and oversight of enterprise-wide demand management and governance initiatives. This role requires a visionary and strategic thinker who can act as a consultant to identify innovative opportunities and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities include leading a diverse team within the Enterprise Portfolio Management group, facilitating governance forums, and optimizing demand management processes.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Strategic Leadership: Act as a thought leader and strategic consultant, challenging conventional thinking to identify innovative opportunities and drive organizational progress in demand management and governance.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a diverse team within the Enterprise Portfolio Management group, providing strategic guidance to ensure effective execution of demand management processes.
  • Demand Governance: Support the Director in overseeing demand triage and governance forums, ensuring adherence to governance standards and facilitating decision-making processes.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with Finance, Demand Requestors/Initiative Owners, Enterprise Strategic Program Managers, Domain leads, and Portfolio leads to prioritize and align enterprise-wide demand with business goals.
  • Communication: Provide regular updates on demand management activities to executive leadership and escalate issues as necessary, maintaining continuous visibility into program progress and outcomes.
  • Execution Oversight: Monitor the progress of initiatives through the demand lifecycle, ensuring alignment with release milestones and strategic objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize demand management processes and tooling, driving standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business administration, engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum Experience
  • Five (5) years of experience in portfolio and/or program management, with demonstrated leadership in managing teams and executing complex projects.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Knowledge of portfolio management processes, tooling, and governance frameworks.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
  • Strong human relations and communication skills.
  • Experience working with executive leadership and demonstrating strong executive presence.
  • Proven ability to lead transformational change programs.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, adept at presenting complex information to various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently as a self-starter.
Preferred Qualifications:

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: U.S Pay Range: $9,719.96 - $15,884.00 (Monthly)
