LB&B Associates Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Office Resource Administrator for its contract to provide operations and maintenance services at the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority in Washington, D.C. Working days/hours for this position: Monday through Friday (8am-5pm).

Daily Duties/Responsibilities:

Operate help desk, answer phones, dispatch work orders, preventative maintenance task orders, facility request orders, input distinctive work requests into MAXIMO.

Enter employee time, purchase orders and invoices into Sharepoint.

Direct vendor invoices and human resource documentation to proper corporate department.

Direct LB&B monthly invoices and reports to the proper WMATA departments and track employee vacation and sick leave.

Input personnel transaction forms and various other forms into KRONOS and complete miscellaneous office tasks.

Must be highly proficient using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Maximo software experience a plus.

Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
