Position Summary:
As a Payroll Clerk, you will work closely with the Senior Payroll Manager to ensure the accurate and timely processing of weekly payroll for approximately 320 employees. Your strong attention to detail and process-driven approach will be essential in maintaining our payroll systems and ensuring compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the weekly payroll processing using AutoTime and Kronos Workforce Ready.
- Ensure accuracy in employee time records and payroll data entry.
- Collaborate with the Senior Payroll Manager to resolve payroll discrepancies and issues.
- Maintain employee records and payroll documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Support audits and reporting as needed.
- Stay updated on payroll regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll processing.
- Familiarity with AutoTime and Kronos Workforce Ready systems.
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance.
- Detail-oriented with a process-focused mindset.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Salary: $30-$35 Hourly
