People Services Specialist

Looking for a role where you can make a real impact while having fun along the way? As a People Services Specialist, you'll be the heartbeat of our Culture team, bringing awesome ideas to life and creating moments that make Veterans United the incredible place it is. You'll help foster connections, plan memorable experiences, and build an environment where our values of care, respect, and passion shine through.

Job duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Plan and Execute. Work with our Employee Experience team to organize engaging events like New Hire Orientation and company-wide surprises that make our workplace unique.
  
• Be Hands-On. From setup to cleanup, you'll ensure every detail runs smoothly-think logistics, problem-solving, and keeping everything on track.
  
• Connect Employees. Be the friendly face employees turn to with questions. Help new hires feel right at home from day one.
  
• Create Magic. You won't just capture special moments-you'll make them happen! And yes, you'll pitch in on team projects as needed (no special licenses required).
  

We're looking for someone who can be passionate about their job and have fun doing it, who will deliver results with integrity, and who enjoys finding ways to enhance the lives of others every day.

Preferred Experience:

• Background in program coordination, event planning, or hospitality is a big plus.
  

The Must-Haves:

• Basic proficiency with computers-this is an internet-based company, after all!
  
• Regular and predictable attendance (we're counting on you!).
  
• Ability to lift 50 lbs (think moving chairs or event supplies).
  
• A valid driver's license and responsible driving history.
  
• Reliable transportation for those "we need this now" moments.
