Description:
Judge Healthcare is currently seeking a Physician to serve as Site Director for an Occupational Health Clinic/Urgent Care Clinic!

Job Summary:

Our Center Medical Directors play a crucial role as part of our dedicated team of clinicians, ensuring exceptional patient care and efficient center operations. This position provides a unique opportunity to make a difference by leading and impacting the health of America's workforce.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8 AM-5 PM (no nights, call, weekends, and holidays off!)

Work Environment:

100% Outpatient

Occupational Medicine/Workplace Health/Employee Health Focused

Collaboration with On-Site Physical Therapy Department

OnSite Digital X-ray

Robust front & back office support team

Collaborate with Center Operations Director & Center Physical Therapy Director

Responsibilities:

Patient Care / Clinical Outcomes:

• Spend 90% of time in the center, providing direct patient care, leading by example, and creating an exceptional patient experience.
• Focus on people development through mentoring, training, and developing clinical staff and colleagues.
• Execute daily effective and optimal patient care management.
• Ensure optimal execution of clinical model playbook and identify indicators for clinical improvement, while maintaining accurate records/billing.
• Establish an appropriate treatment environment in compliance with State Practice Act/Rules and Regulations/WC Regulations.
• Proficiency in procedures such as splinting and suturing.

Qualifications:

• Board Certification/Eligibility highly preferred.
• Occupational Medicine, Family medicine, urgent care, or Emergency medicine experience preferred, but willing to train otherwise qualified candidates.
• Core competencies: suturing, splinting, wet-reading x-rays
• Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction.
• Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program from an accredited university.
• Unrestricted DEA license for the state of jurisdiction.
• Eligible to participate in Medicare.
