WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Platform Support Engineer is responsible for ensuring that Symphony Software (SYaaS) customers are properly administered, configured, trained, and transitioned to customer success by acting as a key stakeholder in the on-boarding process. Responsibilities include ensuring systems are configured and updated, required customer training is identified and delivered, project risks are identified and managed, and that customers achieve value as quickly as possible. Also responsible for early product support and ongoing continual improvement to on-boarding processes as well as being an active participant in "lessons learned" sessions.
Day-To-Day Responsibilities:
- Main point of contact for onboarding, administration and configuration of Symphony SaaS
- Scope includes Symphony SaaS customers only
- Validation of on-boarding project plans
- Process design and continual improvement
- Identifying training and resource requirements
- Contribute to global, scalable process and procedures creation and improvement
- Develop test and certification plans for new customers
- Document process flows and work instructions
- Delivering training sessions and materials for new Symphony SaaS customers
- Be the subject matter expert for new customers to provide early-stage product support
- Working closely with Customer Success and Product Management teams to ensure all aspects of on-boarding are a success
- Decommission of customers upon contract termination
- Add-on modules or permission changes per contract details
- Attend department meetings and trainings as needed
- Other duties assigned as needed

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to balance multiple tasks with changing priorities

- Demonstrate time management skills with attention to detail
- Intermediate/Advanced level in Word, Excel and Visio
Education and/or Experience: - Minimum High school diploma or equivalent
- A four-year degree is preferred
- At least 5-7 years' experience of direct selling in the AV/VTC area is a preferred

This pay range represents the base salary for this position. Actual compensation within the range will depend on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, skills, and location.
