Baer is looking for a PMO Senior Associate Resource for a 9+ month project located in Tampa, FL or Dallas, TX

Title: PMO Senior Associate Resource
Location: Hybrid - Tampa, FL or Dallas, TX
Duration: 9 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2

Our client is currently in the 2nd phase of the world's largest deployment of SAP Public Cloud covering all North America based operations. The solution will replace a network of complex homegrown and SAP legacy system architecture across OTC, FIN and P2P process domains.

Description:

• Support the Project Management Office (PMO) activities, including project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation, such as plans, schedules, and status reports.
• Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, including setting agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items.
• Ensure adherence to project governance, methodologies, and best practices.
• Assist in resource allocation and capacity planning.
• Act as the Testing Coordinator during the testing cycle, supporting the Testing Lead in planning, coordinating, and executing testing activities.
• Develop and maintain testing schedules, test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all testing requirements are met and report on testing progress, defects, and issue resolution.
• Ensure testing activities comply with project timelines and quality standards.
• Conduct and support testing activities in a cloud-based SAP environment.
• Provide expertise in cloud testing methodologies and tools.
• Utilize Jira for test management, issue tracking, and project collaboration.
• Create and manage Jira dashboards, filters, and reports to monitor project progress and testing activities.
• Ensure all project and testing data is accurately captured and maintained in Jira.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a PMO role, with a focus on SAP projects.
• Proven experience as a Testing Coordinator or in a similar role, with hands-on experience in a cloud environment.
• Proficiency in using Jira for test management and project tracking.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
