Practice Group Project Specialist - $65K-$75K - Washington, DC

Our client, a national law firm, is seeking a temporary to hire Practice Group Project Coordinator to support their busy Washington, DC office starting ASAP!

Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of meetings, conferences, and outings logistics.
• Ensure applicable processes are followed to uphold compliance.
• Oversee daily operations and provide general administrative support.
• Support annual budget preparations, timekeepers, and marketing development.
• Assist with other duties as necessary.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of administrative experience are required.
• Prior law firm experience is a plus!
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, graphics, and computer/software skills required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must be proactive with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation/Benefits:

• $27/hr-$33/hr while temporary.
• Salary of $65k-$75k when permanent, DOE.
• Onsite 5 days per week.
• Metro accessible office in Washington, DC.
