Role: Process/Problem Mgt Consultant

100% REMOTE

Duties for this position will include:

- Enterprise Problem Management.

• Service Management and Problem Management area/processes

• Working through processes and making sure people are following processes, advising best practices, helping guide individuals on process

• Problem Management-helping govern problem process, improve process, coaching individual on current process and identify how to improve

• Working knowledge of 5-why procedure

• ITIL 4.0

• ServiceNow tool

• Team role

• Good communication

• Agile experience is a plus

• ITIL certification would be nice 3.0 or 4

• Team is working to enhance and move processes forward

The annual salary range for this role is $90-100k.
