Sr. Product Manager
EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP TEAM
The Sr Product Manager is responsible for leading all product teams in the development and delivery of innovative digital products and services ensuring
alignment with business goals and customer needs, while adhering to Agile methodologies and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The
Product Direct, in conjunction with the Enterprise Architect, assumes equal responsibility for overseeing the operational efficacy and performance of all
product teams reporting outcomes to Executive Leadership.
Job Description:
• Provide guidance to product managers, development teams, and
designers
• Coordinate product launches and marketing efforts
• Continuously evaluate product performance against KPIs and
objectives
• Enhance user experience through usability improvements and user
interface enhancements
• Develop and communicate a clear product strategy aligned with the
platform's business objectives
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify
opportunities and trends
• Create and maintain a product roadmap
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define product requirements and
priorities
• Allocate resources and budgets to product development
Responsibilities:
• Ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify
opportunities, threats, and emerging trends that inform product
decisions
• Foundational understanding of UX principles to ensure the product
provides a seamless and user-friendly experience
• Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics to measure product
performance, identify areas for improvement, and make informed
decisions
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate the
product vision, requirements, and updates to both technical and nontechnical
stakeholders
• Develop and execute a clear product strategy aligned with business
objectives and market trends
• Deep understanding of user needs, with the capacity to gather and
prioritize customer feedback to drive product decisions
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining a product roadmap that
outlines the product's development path, aligning it with strategic goals
• Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Skill in prioritizing and communicating product requirements based on
factors like business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to facilitate
efficient and adaptive product development
Skills and
Expertise:
• 10+ years of substantial work experience in product management, project management, or related roles
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field business, computer science, and information technology
• Plus, having completed Agile certifications like Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
• Plus, MBA or advanced degree
