• Exceptional communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams alike.
• Familiarity with tools, equipment, or industrial products (preferred but not required).
• Proficiency in managing budgets, building relationships, and driving cross-functional alignment.
• Availability for occasional domestic or international travel.
