RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client looking for a strong Product Marketing Manager to join the team in Redmond, WA.To meet our needs this person must have: The Product Marketing Manager must have basic project management skills such as project planning, tracking, work-back schedules, running vteam meetings (with me), status update comms, plus the ability to be proactive and ask for status updates and other information without my direction. The Product Marketing Manager will have the ability to build customer presentations, field guidance that includes the right messaging and differentiation. This may mean asking stakeholders for content and editing it to fit our message, soliciting stakeholder feedback, etc. This also includes assessing/auditing existing content to see if it meets our needs or needs updating.The Product Marketing Manager will have with proficiency using PowerBI and Excel to pull data from a variety of sources into a template for our solution plays and help the team derive insights (the FTEs will have the most insights, but this person should be able to create benchmarks - XX is growing, performing below expectations, etc.). They will also ensure data accuracy and integrity of the metrics we report and have ability to know how to visually represent data in the best way.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 8+ years of Project Management experience
  • 8+ years of experience with creating and editing content
  • 5+ years of Data Analysis and Reporting experience (Power BI required)


The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
