RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Product Marketing Specialist in Juno Beach, FL.Responsibilities:Campaign and channel management:- Develop effective annual marketing strategies and plans to meet corporate indicators around billing and payment options and digital adoption for all company customers
- Product Marketing Specialist will manage the execution of creative cross-channel campaigns with keen attention to detail
- Craft compelling content across print and digital marketing channels
- Work with various internal and external teams to implement strategies and meet aggressive deadlines
- Evaluate campaign success using relevant KPIs on an ongoing basis and report back to the stakeholders with recommendations for improvement
- Partner with the M&C Insights Team to conduct qualitative and quantitative customer research related to existing and new product offerings and cost-mitigation projects
- Drive launch of new product offerings from concept through implementation with minimal oversight
- Cultivate successful partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, business partners, vendors, and agencies
- Follow proven processes, and help write the playbook for process improvements
- As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will create and manage budgets for a portfolio of products
- Act as the voice of the customer and have a deep understanding of their needs and desires
- Drive the content aggregation process and execution of the bill message channel for company customers
- Serve as a member of the Emergency Communication Team supporting bill messaging and execution
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma/GED
- Bachelor's degree - Sciences
- Bachelor's degree - Arts
- 5+ years of experience
- Effective written and verbal communications
- Project and process management Marketing expertise

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
