Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Production Coordinator:

  • Organize logistics for onsite playtests and team onsites at our client's location
  • Manage, maintain, and track mobile hardware and supporting elements for the team
  • Update and manage the team's documentation and Notion pages
  • Assist with additional game production duties as needed
  • Report to the Director of Operations for the project

 

Required Skills for Production Coordinator:

  • 1-3+ years of experience in project management or team administrative logistics
  • Proficiency in the Google ecosystem (drive, docs, sheets, keep)
  • Strong ability to multitask, be proactive and detail oriented
  • Experience with common project management tools and software
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with a high degree of discretion
