Responsibilities:
* Help organize and manage data, events, and fiscal items related to the Creativity and Innovation Design Network.
* Collaborate with the director, project manager and outreach coordinator to manage tasks, timelines, and communication to stakeholders for programs.
* Manage scheduling for meetings, workshops, and events.
* Co-supervise student workers.
* Support faculty programming at project sites.
* Purchase materials, process transportation requests, and secure event space for workshops.
* Coordinate with the project manager for event planning, reimbursements, and other fiscal matters.
40% Help organize and manage data, events, and fiscal items related to the Creativity and Innovation Design Network.
20% Collaborate with the director, project manager and outreach coordinator to manage tasks, timelines, and communication to stakeholders for programs.
5% Manage scheduling for meetings, workshops, and events.
5% Co-supervise student workers.
10% Support faculty programming at project sites.
20% Purchase materials, process transportation requests, and secure event space for workshops
Qualifications:
* Experience working with K-12 schools.
* Experience coordinating programs within higher education.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Dependable and able to meet deadlines.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or GED. 0 years of relevant experience required. 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
