RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Program Manager - Healthcare in Madison, WI.Summary:The Program Manager will be leading operational and transformation initiatives in alignment with the overall vision, strategy, and goals of the organization. This includes membership and enrollment, claims, customer service, affordability, Digital initiatives, Pharmacy, Network transformation, etc. as well as additional responsibility for implementation and execution of client's long-term strategy and bringing our value proposition to life.REQUIREMENTS:
- Transformation Management Office experience or experience with Transformation related Programs/Projects
- Experience building out TMO program framework
- Claims migration
- Contact Center Transformation - Customer Service related programs
- End to end correspondence, implementing chat and text capabilities, upgrading telephony systems (really anything contact center related)
- Provider Network
- CRM Implementation
- Managing Project Managers: 1-2 for some programs and 5-6 for larger programs
- Budget Management
- Leadership ability to lead meetings and engage a wide array of individuals across all lines of business and Product Teams, strong program, and project management skills with a proven ability to manage complex projects and move them to defined outcomes
- Understanding of transformation office and project management office development
- Financial acumen and experience with business case development and budget management
- Excellent communicator - written and oral
- Must be confident and competent
- Ability to engage a team in defining requirements
- Ability to meet and/or exceed time commitments
- Ability to present and engage with leadership
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, ambiguous environment
- Healthcare background with experience working in a Payer environment highly desired
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
