BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Project Manager for an opportunity in AZ.

Position Title: Project Manager

Location: AZ

Expected Duration: 6 Months
Anticipated Start Date: - ASAP

Position Description:

* Responsibility for successful completion of complex and concurrent product development projects using corporate and industry standard Project Management processes.

* Be an instrumental team member of a market focused development group.

* Deep knowledge, trust, and self-direction give the team agility.

Responsibilities of the Role:

* Influence and build consensus with development teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and senior leadership

* Demonstrate success in project management for complex and concurrent projects.

* Demonstrate success using project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban

* Have working experience planning and executing using Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) frameworks and how to drive a team to satisfy OKRs

* Significant experience using project management methods and software tools.

* Have experience in coordinating cross-disciplinary project teams in a matrix management environment.

* Have excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.

* Fluency in project management practices & methodologies; specifically Agile and OKR background

* Capable in interacting, collaborating, negotiating, and communicating across teams to achieve the OKRs

* Strong ability to foster learning and maintain an exciting work environment for teams including resolving conflict within the team.

* Experience with remote and geographically distributed teams a plus.

* Experience of computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Project Online and other project/business applications.

* Creative problem-solving and ability to work with ambiguity.

* Drive for quick results with vision of long-term strategy.
