RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a Project Manager remotely.Responsibilities include:- Managing the scope, schedule, staffing, budget, risks for one or more project(s)
- Own & deliver the project plan, track milestones, manage risks; Conduct kick off meetings
- Working with stakeholders on a daily basis and conduct & own all agile ceremonies (like setting up JIRA, running daily scrum calls, sprint planning, sprint review, retro's
- Take complete ownership and be responsible for project outcomes
- Tracking and monitoring project progress and providing appropriate reporting for senior leadership
- Coming up with detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities
- Work with stakeholders & team to discuss project specifications and procedures
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree with Agile/Scrum
- PMI ACP or PMP certification preferred
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience required
- Knowledge of computer software, such as Jira, Confluence, MIRO, Loop, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, etc.
- Personable, great attitude
- Curiosity to learn and be coachable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage one's time
- Ability to grasp technical needs of the project and facilitate technical/non- technical conversations with various internal teams/stakeholders
- Be able to work under strict timelines and manage multiple tasks/projects
- Willingness to work on short term enterprise-wide initiatives/projects on ad hoc basis outside of assigned project(s)
- Ability to learn processes & procedures and align project deliverables with client's strategic goals/vision
- Nice to have: Security related project experience like creating security dashboards, exposure to scanning tools, cloud infrastructure set up
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
