Description: As a condition of doing government business, most jurisdictions require certain vendor responsibility, lobbyist registration and compliance certification filings. Today, these requirements are managed differently across different businesses and support organizations. The Contract Compliance Manager would play a critical role in creating a unified, consistent approach to such reporting that cuts across those business and support organizations. You would be the lead for our contract compliance reporting requirements for our public sector customers. You should have experience in managing complex projects and developing and executing process improvements. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with attorneys and other stakeholders in the sales process, including business and technical subject matter experts.

You should be able to:

• Master the reporting systems and processes relied upon by public sector customers to ensure compliance with their requirements.
• Monitor and help ensure compliance with the procurement, disclosure and ethical requirements associated with doing business with government entities. Participate in internal and external contract audits.
• Review, understand, and ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements in relevant jurisdictions.
• Work closely with numerous subject matter experts to respond to inquiries related to procurement, disclosure, and ethical requirements.

You'll need to have:

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of relevant work experience.
• Experience gathering information for and preparing customer-facing reports.
• Willingness to develop a consistent and sufficient understanding of registration/administrative requirements for doing business with the government
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to following up with stakeholders to ensure projects are followed to completion.
• An aptitude for managing projects to successful and timely completion.
• A willingness to identify and implement process improvements.

• Strong relationship building skills.
• Demonstrated communication skills
• Both verbal and written.
• Knowledge or willingness to learn state procurement requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
