Our Nashville BAS team is seeking a Consultant or Senior Consultant to join our expanding team.
This role requires you to live in/near Nashville with the ability to get to our office & the client site within a reasonable drive; no relocation assistance is provided.
What You'll Do
- Oversee a portfolio of projects, ensuring coordination of shared resources, common activities, and other dependencies across all projects
- Lead and manage complex, multi-disciplinary teams providing transformational solutions to clients
- Ensure that project deliverables can be integrated to become the overall result (product, service) and are fit to deliver the expected benefits
- Maintain the client relationship and keep the client and stakeholders engaged in the project (ie: status reporting, issues management, and risk management)
- Support the development of internal processes, documentation, and knowledge sharing
What You'll Bring
- 2 years of project or product management experience, previous consulting experience is preferred.
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Deep knowledge in all phases of the technology project lifecycle including the identification of the business problem, business case, and project plan development through project management, financial management and closeout
- An ability to identify potential people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns.
