Who are we looking for?
In response to steady growth within our Water business, our Southeast Region Water group is looking to bring onboard a motivated water resources / stormwater Project Manager to help with the continued development and growth of GHD's Business in Florida. You will also be given the opportunity to provide technical leadership and delivery of major water resource, linear conveyance, stormwater treatment projects for our clients throughout Florida and the Southeast Region.

Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:
- Maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients through business development, sales, and marketing
- Coordinate with local professional organizations to support the growth of our practice
- Interact with clients and consultant partners to define project needs
- Lead the preparation of major elements of planning efforts, scientific and engineering studies specifications, plans, construction schedules and design for projects
- Preparation of proposals and assistance with sales and marketing will also be a major part of this role plus liaising with clients, building client relationships and obtaining new business where possible
- Promote effective teamwork through mentoring and training
- Implementation of GHD Quality Assurance Plan for work efforts
- Prepare and monitor project budgets and schedules
- Assist in leading the continued growth and development of our Florida water practice
What you will bring to the Team - Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- Registered Professional Engineer License in Florida or ability to obtain it
- At least 8 years of experience in planning, design, and construction of water infrastructure facilities with at least 5 years in the Florida market
- Stormwater design and MS4 planning a plus
