Job Description

• Under the direction of the Medical Director of Behavioral Health Services, the Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner will assist attending Behavioral Health physicians in all aspects of psychiatric care.
• All work will be performed in close collaboration with attending physicians responsible for the patient.
• Psychiatric services provided in a variety of settings, including Inpatient, Psychiatric Day Treatment, Intensive Outpatient, Outpatient, as well as an Urgent Care Walk-In setting

Qualifications
Education & Training:Master's degree in Nursing, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with appropriate licensure and credentialing to practice under the supervision of a physician in the state of Maryland. Credentialing through the Maryland Nursing Board, we well as the health system, in the provision of advanced practice skills.

Work Orientation & Experience: A minimum of two years of direct psychiatric experience.
