Receptionist

Law firm with an office located in Nassau County, Long Island is seeking to hire a Temporary-to-Permanent Receptionist to add to staff! This role will act as the first point of contact upon client and guest entry, requiring all days on-site from 9am-5pm (37.5 hour week) with some availability after hours if needed. This is a great opportunity to have consistency in your day-to-day while being part of a close-knit and friendly team. The client is open to a full 5-day week or 4-day week for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Answer mainline and direct incoming calls accordingly, acting as a gatekeeper when needed
• Assist with filing digital and hard-copy documents
• Assist with copying documents upon request

Qualifications:

• Former office experience at reception is required
• Basic MS Office skills
• Positive and professional demeanor

Compensation:

• $20/hour or ~40K when perm
• 401K package
• PTO increases over tenure
