Well known company in Central Orange County has an opening for an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist that will be responsible for supporting National Support Office operations;
Onsite
Monday to Friday- this will be for 4-5 months covering a leave of absence
** only apply if you are committed on this up to 5 months**
Duties:
Front desk operations include oversight of receptions, meeting and break room areas
Greet and announce all guests/visitors, screen and direct all incoming telephone calls, provide excellent commination in a timely manner.
Maintain and order office kitchen supplies, maintain breakroom, and common areas, maintains of copiers, will be point of contact for office maintenance requests, manage incoming and outgoing mail and Fedex/UPS and maintain the phone contact list.
Exhibit punctuality and dependable attendance record.
Exhibit professional dress on a daily basis.
Skills:
2 plus years of office administrative experience is required
Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and integrity.
Must have skills in customer service , problem solving, decision-making
Ability to be a positive team player
Self -starter
Microsoft Office savvy and a quick learner.
