This position is a temporary, 3-month assignment during the busy tax season, providing front desk support and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Job Duties:
* Foster a welcoming environment by maintaining open communication and providing friendly client interactions.
* Manage incoming calls, prioritize urgency, and oversee the reception desk.
* Handle daily administrative tasks, including printing documents, organizing client files, and updating spreadsheets.
* Assist clients with tax return signings, process payments (credit cards, checks, cash), and manage outgoing mail.
* Maintain file organization, ensure reception and conference rooms are tidy, and occasionally perform light cleaning.
Requirements:
* 6+ months of administrative or clerical work experience in an office setting required.
* High school diploma required.
* Microsoft Office Suite experience required.

* Pay range: $19/hr-$21/hr
* Schedule: M-F 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
