RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator in San Francisco, CA.Overview:This role is all about bringing on the folks, maintaining our culture as we grow crazy fast and putting process in place to keep it moving. Still think this is you? Well then, keep reading!Key Tasks:- Recruiting Coordinator will manage scheduling for interview loops and other recruiting related events
- Be knowledgeable about our business and be on point for HR related questions (i.e., benefits, comp, etc.)
- Comfortable with the data; Running reports (some ad hoc) will be at least a weekly task
- Spread the company values through attending networking events, e-meetups, etc.
- Work closely with our recruitment team to improve upon existing programs and develop innovative strategy around finding top talent
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1 - 2 years of prior scheduling experience; Calendar management, high volume scheduling
- Able to develop relationships
- Customer Service mindset
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Self-driven: Have superior organizational skills, integrity, and great follow through on tasks; You don't get overwhelmed easily; Hundreds of offers each month, no problem
- Naturally curious: Innovative, extremely creative, and constantly looking for ways to improve upon things
- Obsessive about candidate experience: Self-aware, well-spoken on the phone and eloquent in emails; Respectful of the candidate and the stressful process a job hunt can be
- You are a charismatic people person who can talk to anyone; Flexible, fearless, and excited to help build something awesome and share it with the world
- Motivated: Understand the impact of a highly satisfied, excited crew; You are slightly obsessive-compulsive about grinding away at issues
- A utility player: Willing to help out wherever needed and the most organized when doing so; You will be tasked with supporting our recruiters, helping to build rad teams and partnering wherever needed
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
