Job Type: FULL TIME 40 hours a week, CONTRACT, REMOTE
Shift: MON - FRI.



Must have skills:

• 7+ Years of Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• 3-5 Years Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within a loyalty or rewards program context.
• 5+ Years in marketing automation and analytics tools.
  

Job Description:

Summary:

The main function of a marketing manager is to research market conditions in local, regional, or national areas to determine potential sales of a product or service. A typical marketing manager is responsible for gathering information on competitors and methods of marketing and distribution.

Typical Day in the Role

* Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is to play a pivotal role in supporting the Xbox Rewards Marketing Lead with the operational management, email lifecycle, campaign go-to-market strategies, asset management, and overall marketing campaigns for the Xbox Rewards program. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution and delivery of marketing initiatives that drive customer engagement and loyalty.

* Key projects: This role will contribute to marketing, loyalty, and (focus) helping with GTM Go to Market Campaigns. Setting up email and notifications lifecycle and getting that created from scratch. Email Campaigns execution and go to market are the main projects and focuses.

Job Responsibilities:

* Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data.

* Conduct research on consumer opinions and marketing strategies, collaborating with marketing professionals, statisticians, pollsters, and other professionals.

* Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data, such as surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires, or arrange to obtain existing data.

* Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales, and method of marketing and distribution.

* Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies.

* Develop and implement procedures for identifying advertising needs.

* Direct trained survey interviewers.

Skills:

* Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and manage one's time.

* Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.

* Knowledge of media production, communication and dissemination techniques and methods.

Education/Experience:

* Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent training required.

* 8-10 years related experience required.
