Program Details

• Start Date: September 2025

• Structure: Three individual eight-month placements
  

• Focus Areas: Machine learning, AI, and data science in drug discovery and development.

Salary Information

We offer a competitive base salary of $82,500 per annum, plus a performance-based annual bonus. Enjoy a generous paid time off program and a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, and 401K). The program also offers relocation support if qualified.

Minimum Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative science subject (e.g., Math, Physics, Statistics, Computer Science) awarded in 2024 or due by September 2025.
  

• Experience: Documented experience in Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, Statistics, Computational Biology, Computational Chemistry, Bioinformatics, or Cheminformatics.
  

• Technical Skills: Deep understanding of key machine learning or statistical models. Proficiency in Python or multiple data-centric programming languages for Big Data analysis.
  

Application Process

You will be based at the site of application for the entire 2-year duration. No international placements are offered for this program.

Initial Step: After submitting your application, you must complete the online cognitive and behavioral assessments designed to evaluate your problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills. You will receive the assessments within 2 weeks of applying, and you will have 5 days to complete it. Please regularly check your spam/junk folder for important notifications about your application. Virtual Interviews: Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a full-day virtual assessment, including:

• Observed Group Exercise: Demonstrate your collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
