Safety & WC Coordinator 2904

Responsibilities:

- Promote the company's safety culture and ensure compliance with safety standards.

- Monitor subcontractor safety performance.

- Conduct regular inspections of job sites and work areas to identify safety violations.

- Investigate all incidents immediately and perform root cause analysis.

- Oversee the operational and financial impacts of workplace injuries, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and maintain accurate records.

- Act as a liaison between employees, insurance carriers, and other stakeholders to facilitate an effective workers' compensation process.

Qualifications:

- 2 years of experience in the construction industry as a safety professional.

- Strong understanding of job site safety requirements and hazard control.

- Key competencies required: communication, teamwork, initiative, and dependability.

- Technical Skills: MS Office Suite, and ProCore
