Description: Our client is currently seeking a Sales Administrator 3
Location: Tampa Florida (100% M-F Onsite)
Contract Duration: 4-6 months
JOB DESCRIPTION
The candidate would take on the following responsibilities:
- Greeting guests and "directing traffic"
- Assigning day passes to guests and tracking
- Assisting with conference room and hoteling desk reservations
- Access badge management
- Building access management
- Work orders (internal and with the building management)
- Mail pick-up and distribution
- Package delivery distribution/notification
- Office supplies - tracking and submitting orders with facilities
- Stocking and putting away office and kitchen supplies
- Office organization
- Service postage meter, copiers/printers
- Liaison with Facilities
- Daily servicing of the coffee machine (daily rinse, weekly deep clean, filling the consumables)
- Dishwasher - emptying, loading, running, putting away
- Greeting vendors and providing instructions
- Parking validations
- Tidying copy rooms (throw away old/unclaimed print jobs, old newspapers)
- Expense reports
- Printing/binding
