Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Salesforce Developer: 

  • Design, develop, and implement customized solutions using the Salesforce platform. 
  • Collaborate with architects, administrators, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Participate in the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions. Analyze complex business requirements and propose innovative solutions that align with best practices and platform capabilities.

Required Skills for the Salesforce Developer: 

  • 5 + years in a true Salesforce Developer role
  • Experience customizing Salesforce functionality through declarative tools such as Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Flows, and Validation Rules.
  • Experience designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions using Salesforce platform. Create custom objects, fields, workflows, validation, rules and trigger
