Title: Salesforce Technical Delivery Lead (Sr Delivery Principal, Delivery Director)

Who you are:

You are the Salesforce architect, solution lead, and subject matter expert, focused on designing and ensuring delivery of complex Salesforce solutions for and with our clients. You are a self-driven individual with a "get it done" attitude and a passion to solve complex business and technology problems. You are an experienced project team leader and mentor to technical talent.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the technical delivery of discovery & design, platform configuration and/or custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce program

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and set and manage expectations

• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform within clients' architectural landscape

• Lead technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions aligned with client business objectives; identify gaps between client's current and desired end-states

• Define, advise, and establish best practice coding standards. Provide oversight during projects to ensure quality and appropriate design patterns are followed

• Provide expert guidance and support business development opportunities, including leading estimation efforts for design & implementation, writing SOWs, and presenting solutions to prospective clients

• Support recruiting, selection, staffing and onboarding of consultants to projects; assist in qualifying opportunities and work with people managers and consultants to assess project fit

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience architecting technical Salesforce solutions

• Expert level understanding of the Salesforce core product suite, including Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud. Familiarity preferred with additional clouds and industry specializations(i.e. CPQ/RLM, Marketing Cloud, Public Sector Solutions, etc)

• Understanding of systems architecture and ability to design scalable performance-driven solutions, and advise on best practices for an enterprise-scale technology stack

• Understanding of key design patterns and large data volume limitations and best practices

• Understanding of platform security capabilities, including data sharing and visibility considerations and how these play into platform architecture

• Familiarity with identity & access protocols and frameworks (SAML SSO, OAuth)

• Knowledge of data integration tools and experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems (data warehouse/lake, middleware platforms, Analytics/BI tools, ERPs, etc)

• Understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies (DevOps)

• Comfort with complete software development lifecycle, including agile and waterfall methodologies, and all phases (plan, design, implement, test, deploy, maintain) of an implementation effort.

• Knowledge of object-oriented analysis and design and database design

• Experience providing guidance, coaching, mentoring, and day-to-day direction for project teams and jr. architects
