Baer is looking for SAP Supply Chain Lead a 3+ month project located in Atlanta, GA.

Title: SAP Supply Chain Lead
Location: Hybrid - Atlanta, GA
Duration: 3 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2

Description:

• Lead and manage the SAP Supply Chain team, including Procurement/MM, Warehousing, and EAM sub-teams.
• Provide direction and guidance to both onsite and offshore teams (~12-15 people).
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of end-to-end Source to Pay processes within SAP Procurement/MM.
• Ensure the SAP Procurement/MM solutions are aligned with industry best practices and client requirements.
• Provide expert-level knowledge and support for SAP Procurement/MM configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the project team and client leadership.
• Manage client expectations, ensuring clear communication of project status, risks, and deliverables.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
• Collaborate with the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure accurate and timely reporting of project progress, risks, and issues.
• Contribute to the development of project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
• Ensure that project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Ensure seamless integration between SAP Procurement/MM and other related modules, including Warehousing and EAM.
• Support the development and execution of testing strategies to validate cross-module integrations.
• Collaborate with other functional leads to ensure a cohesive and integrated solution across the entire SAP landscape.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in SAP Procurement/MM, with a deep understanding of Source to Pay processes.
• Proven ability to design and implement SAP Procurement/MM solutions that meet complex business requirements.
• Demonstrated experience leading and managing teams of 12-15 people, including both onsite and offshore resources.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams toward achieving project objectives.
• Strong client management skills, with experience interacting with senior-level client leadership.
• Ability to manage client expectations and navigate complex stakeholder relationships.
• Experience collaborating with a Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure accurate project reporting.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
