We are seeking candidates for the position of Senior Account Representative to support our Boston, MA office. As an Senior Account Representative, you will have the opportunity to bring world-class client care and support to our clients, using your risk experience to perform critical client functions.

What you can expect:

  • Bring world-class client care and support to Marsh
  • Use your risk experience to evaluate risks, review loss experience, cash flow, and financials
  • Develop solutions and make recommendations to clients across product lines
  • Strengthen and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, client teams, and producers
  • Respond to difficult client needs and questions to improve the client experience
  • Stay up-to-date with changing market conditions and comply with all compliance and transparency standards

We'll count on you to:
  • Use your risk experience to evaluate risks, review loss experience, cash flow, and financials
  • Partner with more senior Account Managers to retain and generate new business
  • Strive to meet sales goals and expand the book of business
What you need to have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of commercial P&C insurance coverage experience in a risk management or brokerage capacity
  • Working knowledge of insurance coverages
What makes you stand out:
  • Master's degree or other advanced degree
  • CPCU, ARM, or other insurance designations
  • Excellent analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills
