Primary Role
The Senior Accountant of Financial Reporting & SOX Compliance will play a key role in compiling and drafting financial statements and disclosures for the Company's periodic SEC filings (i.e. Forms 10-K, 10-Q), as well as other external financial reports and releases (i.e. subsidiary financial statements). The position is also responsible for the monthly financial consolidation process and assisting with SOX compliance requirements for the Company. The role will frequently collaborate with various departments across the Company, including Accounting, Finance, Treasury, Investor Relations, Regulatory and SEC General Counsel.
