Our client, an aviation company located in Satna Ana, is hoping for someone with right around 5 years of full cycle experience. This is going to be a higher level opportunity and the candidate will 100% need to be comfortable with:

• Manage all aspects of A/R, A/P and Billing
• Produce month-end closing schedules
• Create journal entries to support activity for GL
• Prepare GL account analysis and reconciliations and research any discrepancies
• Evaluate cost and margin analysis
• Produce performance reports with trend analysis
• Support Continuous Improvement initiatives by reviewing current processes and looking for opportunities to streamline
• Provide Internal Control over Inventory, Job and expense transactions
• Maintain current knowledge of applicable rules and regulations per appropriate accounting discipline (tax, audit, financial reporting) and how they affect the company
• Manage tax records, tax-related schedules, and reports
