Job Summary:
Join Our Team as a Senior Consultant in Location & Incentive Strategies!

Are you a detail-oriented, driven individual with a passion for data analysis and keen to learn about location and incentive strategies? We're looking for a dynamic Senior Consultant to work closely with Altus' Location & Incentive Strategies team. In this role, you'll play a key part in analyzing data, preparing critical documents, supporting clients and project execution that shapes key business decisions.

You'll dive into hands-on, task-driven data gathering, contribute to high-impact and deadline driven projects, and hone your skills in location and incentive analysis. If you're eager to learn, this is a unique opportunity to expand your expertise while working in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform independent data review and analysis
  • Prepare support documentation and communicate results with key stakeholders
  • Prepare applications and other applicable forms
  • Manage and communicate competing deadlines with key stakeholders
  • Research state and local economic development incentives and applicability to potential projects
  • Role can be hybrid or remote

Key Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Real Estate or related subject
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in business, location and credit incentives, or economic development, property tax
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and excellent research skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat, with strong Excel skills
