Your Contribution
As a Senior HR Generalist reporting to the Head of HR R&D Technical Centers, you will be responsible for a broad range of activities to ensure that the needs of the business unit are aligned appropriately with the overall company goals, while operating as a resource and advisor to all levels of employees. The position consults and advises management on several human resources issues including employee relations, compensation, performance management and employee and management training.
- Align HR agenda with business need
- Attract and retain top talents
- Improve employee engagement and productivity
- Minimize legal and compliance risks
- Act as a sounding board to leaders and employees
Your Experience & Qualifications
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and develop durable working relationships
- Ability to anticipate/identify and solve problems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentation delivery
- Must have broad, basic understanding of federal, state and local employment laws
- Minimum 6 years of previous or related experience in the HR function
