As the Senior Manager of Business Analytics, your day will be filled with strategic thinking, data exploration, and driving transformative change. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, uncovering insights that shape business strategies and unlock growth opportunities. From leading a dynamic team of analysts to delivering compelling data visualizations, you'll be at the forefront of data-driven decision-making.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Develop a deep understanding of HBI's business strategies and competitive landscape to inform and drive impactful decision-making.
- Partner with senior leadership to execute innovative, data-driven strategies that align with organizational goals and unlock growth, efficiency, and profitability.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of business analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation.
- Conduct deep dives into data, identifying trends and opportunities that drive growth and efficiency, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Work hand in hand with the Marketing team.
What You Bring
- A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, plus 10+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent work experience. A Master's degree is preferred. 4 years of additional work experience can replace the Bachelor's degree requirement.
- Proven success in a senior analytics role, including 8+ years leading high-performing teams and 3+ years of media analytics experience.
- Advanced proficiency in analytics tools like SQL, Python, R, and visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for motivating teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
