Job Purpose:
Our Senior Manager, Pricing Strategy Execution will provide transformational strategic leadership to establish and improve go-to-market pricing approaches. This role will partner with leaders from Sales, Category Management, Analytics, IT, vendors, and other functions to design and execute pricing strategies. They will be responsible for maintaining and improving pricing systems, leveraging data and tools, and processes with the support of a very talented and experienced team of pricing analysts. This role will lead the execution of pricing initiatives, and processes across the Sales team with a focus on optimizing go-to-market prices and ensuring an excellent experience for our customers.Job Responsibilities:
● Ensure that operational requirements to implement and execute pricing actions in pricing and quoting systems are effective. Continually scrutinize current analytics processes to develop and implement improved, efficient, and insightful processes.Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications:
● Demonstrated experience in problem solving, design, and execution of commercial strategies.
● Experienced with financial modeling and sensitivity analyses to project potential business outcomes is a plus.
● Ability to understand business drivers and utilize data to obtain desired business results.
● Microsoft expertise in Excel is required.
● Some travel required.
Work Experience:
● 5-10 years of related experience of successful supervisory/management experience required to motivate and develop direct reports, as well as size up new talent.● 5-10 years of related job experience.● Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment.● Ability to work quickly and efficiently.● Excellent verbal, written, people, and diplomacy skills are required.● Experienced in providing leadership to others regarding work related systems, processes, and challenges.● Experience of interpreting strategy and policy in order to set and deliver objectives.● Experience of planning, managing and organizing resources within short/medium timescales within the overall policy framework.● Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.● Strong customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful).Education:
