Senior Partner Manager of Hardlines, Walmart Connect
As a Sr. Partner Manager on our Hardlines Enterprise Salesteam, you will report to a business unit lead and use your 5-7 years experience selling mainly digital advertising solutions to successfully grow and scale the category's domestic revenues. With your broad and long-standing client-side and agency relationships within the category, consultative approach and deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape, you will act as a strategic partner to your assigned clients selling a broad range of advertising solutions ensuring their business goals are met. You will further use your executive outreach, networking and prospecting skills to identify and develop new relationships fostering deeper partnerships within active accounts. As an individual contributor, you will be supported by a cross-functional team and will benefit from working alongside the leadership team chartering our explosive growth.
Walmart's Hardlines business unit includes Stationary, Lawn & Garden, Automotive, Sporting Goods, Hardware and DIY categories.
Responsibilities:
- Consistently exceed sales goals for yourself and your team
- Define and own account plans to unlock investments and drive client's business key performance metrics
- Partner with teammates and cross-functional partners to structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives - developing account plans, synthesizing market related data, leading client analysis and defining the overall business approach
- Prospect and penetrate organizations to drive alignment and influence across executive and day-to-day contacts to deliver the account plan
- Collaborate with measurement partners to create learning agendas and to help clients measure the impact of Walmart Connect's solutions
- Own forecasting and accurate client analysis to support team planning
- Partner with product teams and all cross-functional teams to act as point of contact and deliver collected and consolidated information prioritizing customer requests

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00-$216,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in psychology or related area.
Option 2: Master's degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related area.
Option 3: 5 years' experience in brand advertising (for example, television, video, sponsorship), media sales, customer acquisition and growth, search, mobile, or online sales.
5 years' experience in shopper marketing sales, eCommerce sales, or retail advertising sales.
5 years' experience managing client accounts.
5 years' experience as a strategic advisor working with C-suite clients.
