The Partner Marketing team is responsible for the development and execution of marketing strategies, programs and initiatives to support and strengthen Arm's partner ecosystem. We directly engage with strategic partners who develop and contribute to key initiatives across all lines of Arm's business, with a focus on driving alignment and mutual success.

This highly visible role offers you the chance to enhance your expertise by working externally with industry leaders with whom Arm together is shaping the future of compute.

For this role, we are looking for people with marketing/GTM experience and expertise working with partners. They should possess industry knowledge marketing experience in semiconductors, artificial intelligence, cloud computing and related software and hardware stacks.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and build relationships with new and existing strategic artificial intelligence partners to expand our reach and impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and other corporate marketing functions to ensure successful execution.
  • Develop and deploy new artificial intelligence specific co-marketing programs and/or marketing channels with which to deliver the message.
  • Lead and implement comprehensive GTM co-marketing initiatives, including conferences/events, blogs, webinars, and other marketing programs.
  • Measure and report on the success of co-marketing and partner programs to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Experience :
  • BS required with MS/MBA preferred.
  • A good understanding of the technologies and applications in artificial intelligence, generative AI and Machine Learning
  • Proven ability to clearly articulate the value proposition of the products, solutions and services being marketed, and to optimally communicate their benefits to a wide range of audiences.
  • Highly motivated problem solver with ability to work across teams to build consensus.
  • Bring creative ideas and new perspectives.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Experience of leading geographically dispersed teams.
  • Demonstrable ability to develop partner strategies to address target sectors.
  • Experience building marketing plans and commercial justifications.
  • Broad experience marketing highly technical solutions
  • Have managed and lead building strategic partner plans and initiatives
Salary Range:

From: $182,750

To: $247,250
