As a Senior Recruiter on Vertiv's Talent Acquisition team, you will play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent for our Services division within the Americas Region. Your work will involve collaborating with fellow recruiters, hiring managers, and leaders to build strong teams that drive our mission forward.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the growth of the Americas Region by finding and securing top field-service talent.
- Develop and enhance our hiring processes, leveraging innovative tools and best practices to attract the best candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for services roles, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience.
- Partner with HR and leadership to create effective recruiting strategies that align with our business goals.
- Successfully recruit for various services positions, including Electrical and Thermal Field Service Technicians, Electrical and Mechanical Commissioning Engineers, and Service Center Managers.
- Share insights and knowledge with the Talent Acquisition team to foster a collaborative and effective recruiting environment.
- Encourage fresh ideas and improvements in our processes to elevate the candidate experience and recruitment outcomes.
- Approach your work with professionalism and accountability, recognizing the impact of your role on the organization's success.
- Help define and implement programs that support our talent acquisition objectives, using a consultative approach to meet business needs.
- Utilize data and metrics to inform and enhance our recruiting strategies, driving results and continuous improvement.
Qualifications: - 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
- Experience with high-volume recruiting while maintaining a focus on quality and candidate experience.
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.
- Proficient in gathering and presenting data to support informed decision-making.
- Passionate about connecting with top talent and helping them find the right opportunities.
