Service Delivery Lead

BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Service Delivery Lead for an opportunity in CA.

Position Title: Service Delivery Lead

Location: Onsite

Expected Duration: 12+ Months
Anticipated Start Date: - ASAP

Description:

  • Minimum 5+ years defining / designing and operating large-scale business and technology operations
  • Experience defining, structuring/building, and running technology operations
  • Hands-on technology delivery program management
  • Strong understanding of ITIL concepts and experience implementing ITIL good practices
  • Ability to drive key decisions throughout design and day-to-day delivery
  • Ability to live in Los Angeles through the delivery of the 2028 games
  • Structuring and managing delivery and required content / work products to design and run the technology operations
  • Onboarding technology service providers (and managing the onboarding lifecycle for all technology services (e.g., applications, training, telecom)
  • Onboarding the technology services (of each service provider) into the technology service catalog
  • Experience leading day-to-day cross functional operational topics (across client /LA and service providers), such as operational support models for service launches, operational support for test events and tech rehearsals...
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Leading components of major, multi-year business and system transformation efforts (definition, design, implementation) across multiple business (functional) units
  • Ability to define key metrics / reporting formats, frequency and communication (for service desk key measures) and implements the operational reporting frequency / resolution of issues
  • Understanding of games operations and roles of key ecosystem partners (nice to have, but not required)
  • Familiarity with key service management technology solutions (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy)
  • Ability to define and construct required training to consistently implement the technology operations tooling and underlying business processes and policies
